The canoe tour starts at one of the most beautiful places on Lake Constance.
The FreizeitCenter Reichenau is located right next to the Sandseele campsite.

Before we start our guide explains how to hold the paddles and how to paddle properly. We also inform you about safety on the water.

The canoe tour takes you past the picturesque scenery of the Höri and Hegau volcanoes, past beautiful bays with water animals. On the way you will learn about the UNESCO protected churches and why Reichenau is called a vegetable island, which Reichenau wine tastes especially good and why there are fewer and fewer professional fishermen.
After half of the tour we paddle under the Bruckgraben. One of the largest nature reserves in southern Germany, the Wollmatinger Ried, impresses with its variety of water birds. With the support of the Rhein current we paddle back to the starting point with a certain amount of lightness.

The round trip around the island offers many advantages. Because of the close distance to the shore, your group can watch the water animals and their behaviour closely. It is almost always possible to go on land to take a break, swap places, start a water fight or have a relaxed swim or chat with colleagues.

Bike tour on the vegetable and monastery island

Get inspired :)

After each participant has been chosen a suitable bike and after a safety briefing, the tour starts directly at the FreizeitCenter Reichenau.

The bicycle tour follows a safe cycle path along the lake shore to the boat pier. From here we enjoy the view of Switzerland and its Alps.

After a short rest we change into a small gear and pedal powerfully until we reach the highest point of the island, the Hochwart. Surrounded by charming vineyards, we enjoy the unique panorama, which gives us the opportunity to discover the whole Lake Constance area and the island of Reichenau in its size, cultural and scenic diversity and beauty.
After a refreshing break, we continue our journey in the direction of Pappel-Allee to the Schopflen ruins. From here we will watch the bird life of the Wollmatinger Ried nature reserve.

The tour continues to the romantic churches protected by UNESCO, St. George's Church, the cathedral with the herb garden of the monk Walahfrid Strabo and the Peter and Paul Church. On the way we learn a lot about vineyards, vegetable growing and fishing.

On this SUP tour fun and a great body feeling are guaranteed.

The SUP Tour starts at a beautiful spot on Lake Constance right next to the Sandseele campsite at the FreizeitCenter Reichenau.

Before the tour starts, our guide will show you how to hold the paddle properly. He will show you the correct paddling technique and the best way to stand on the board.

On the water you will learn how to get on the board and keep your balance.
During the Stand Up Paddling Tour along the island of Reichenau you will have the necessary time to practice and further improve the correct position, your paddling technique and various turning moves under instruction.

You will paddle along untouched shores and can see the variety of water animals.

Team games can be integrated on request. Our team SUP boards are the absolute hit :)

The Seerhein Tour

The pure nature and culture experience

From Constance or Kreuzlingen we paddle with the current on the Seerhein along the old town of Constance and its attractions.
A scenic highlight is the Wollmatinger Ried with its countless water birds.
Once we arrive at the dam of the Reichenau Island, we pass under the Bruckgraben ( bridge) into the Gnadensee, past the UNESCO protected churches.
Great places to stop and play, natural and cultural sights make this canoe tour an unforgettable experience.
